Mumbai: Senior Sena leader and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut has been mired in controversies due to one of his statements. This time, he has given a disputed statement on the doctors, which the Maharashtra Resident Doctors (MRD) have expressed their objection to the statement of Sanjay Raut, considering them as abusive. Along with this, MRD has also written a letter to CM Uddhav Thackeray in this regard.
In a message sent to CM Uddhav Thackeray, MRD has questioned whether he also agrees with Sanjay Raut's statement. Actually, Sanjay Raut had said, 'I never go to the doctor because they don't know anything, what a doctor knows. Whenever I need, I take medicine from a compounder. Expressing displeasure over Sanjay Raut's statement, the MRD has said that CM Thackeray praises doctors as Corona warriors, but his party colleagues call the same profession bad. Are we trying vigorously to deal with COVID-19 to hear such statements?
Let us tell you that a few days ago, Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut had commented on the personal life of the father of the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. Taking this statement, Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut had sent legal notice to Sushant's brother and BJP MLA Neeraj Kumar Singh Bablu and demanded an apology.
