MUMBAI: Suddenly, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) formed the government in association with NCP rebel leader Ajit Pawar in Maharashtra, after which a political storm has raged across the country. The matter reached the Supreme Court and the court is scheduled to give its verdict on the floor test tomorrow. Meanwhile, a petition has been filed in the Bombay High Court regarding the unique case.

A resident of Mumbai filed a petition in the Bombay High Court seeking direction to the BJP, Shiv Sena to form the government based on the mandate received. The petition has sought a direction from the Bombay High Court against the Shiv Sena-NCP-Congress election to form the CM from the alliance. In fact, BJP has formed a government in Maharashtra on Saturday morning when the Congress, NCP, and Shiv Sena were in the final stage of formation of the government.

The decision to go with BJP is made by his nephew Ajit Pawar. He said that this is not a decision of the party and we do not support it.
