Raj has been accused of making porn movies. Raj has been remanded in custody by the court till July 23. According to reports, Mumbai Police is likely to question Shilpa Shetty in the case.

Shilpa Shetty is his partner in most of her husband Raj Kundra's business due to which she can be questioned. Raj Kundra was questioned by the Crime Branch of Mumbai several times on Monday. Raj was taken into custody after interrogation. After which he was taken for medical treatment at JJ Hospital around 4 am.

Raj was taken to the Mumbai Police Commissioner's office after medical treatment. Raj appeared before the court on Tuesday. Raj and his company's IT head Ryan Thorpe have since been remanded in custody by the court till July 23. Where they will be questioned for further investigation. Raj Kundra's mobile was also seized.
