Mumbai: On the night of Thursday, gunshots echoed in Maharashtra's capital Mumbai. People were in awe when they heard the sound of gunfire. People immediately reported the incident to the police. Mumbai Police, who rushed to the spot on receiving the information, have arrested the culprit. The incident of late-night firing in Mumbai took place in the Dharavi area.

According to reports received, a man in Mumbai's Dharavi area had a dispute over a transaction with his wife and relatives. The quarrel escalated so much that the man took out a pistol and started firing. The name of the person arrested for firing in the Dharavi area is said to be Kheyamuddin Moinuddin Sayyed.

It is being said that Kheyamuddin Sayyed took out a pistol and opened fire on his wife and relatives when the dispute escalated. Thankfully, his wife and relatives all survived the firing from Kheyamuddin's side. No one was shot. Police, who rushed to the spot after getting information about the firing incident, arrested Kheyamuddin. The accused, Kheyamuddin Moinuddin Sayyed alias Qayyum, had opened fire over a dispute over money. Kheyamuddin Moinuddin has been shot. Kheyamuddin, who was shot, claimed before the police that he was shot by his wife's brother. However, the police have said that when the culprit Kheyamuddin and other persons were interrogated, something else was revealed. According to the police, Kheyamuddin's interrogation revealed that he had shot himself. The Mumbai Police arrested Kheyamuddin and rushed him to the hospital where he is undergoing treatment. The Mumbai Police has registered a case in the case and started an investigation. It is being said that there are many cases already registered against the culprit.
