Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) requested former captain Mushfiqur Rahim and other senior players to start practice at Sher-e-Bangla Stadium in Mirpur due to security concerns due to Coronavirus epidemic. Infection is not free. BCB Chief Executive Nizamuddin Chaudhary told Cricbuzz, 'Mushfiqur had contacted us. He wanted to start the practice but we told him that there was no safe time. They practice at home. Practice is important but the safety of the players is the most important.'
