400 g mushrooms chopped

cornflour

4 tbsp besan

salt by taste

Chile Flex, Origano Seasoning

Chaat Masala, Pepper Powder

refined flour

oil

coriander leaves chopped

Method of making tasty mushroom pakoras - First take water in a cooker add chopped mushrooms and boil. Now turn off the cooker gas after 7 to 8 whistles. Then remove it from the water and place it on a plate. Now take a pot and add boiled mushrooms to it. Then add salt to it as per taste. Also add cornflour, spices and oregano seasoning. Now heat oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms in it. So take your mushroom pakoras ready in a few minutes.
