Baghdad: Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei has objected to Arab countries' relations with Israel. He said last Sunday that Arab countries that have normalized relations with Israel last year have "sinned" and that these countries should change their decisions. Ali Khamenei referred to Israel as unfortunate that some governments have made mistakes, made big mistakes and committed the sin of normalizing their relations with Israel's repressive administration.

Khamenei further said that this is an act against Islamic unity. They should return from this path and make up for their big mistake. He further said that if Muslim unity is achieved, the Palestinian dispute will certainly be resolved in a very good way. Ali Khamenei was speaking during a public holiday in honour of the birth of the Prophet Muhammad of Muslims.

In 2020, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Sudan and Morocco agreed to normalize relations with Israel. In fact, former US President Donald Trump gave priority to Arab-Israeli relations in foreign policy.
