New Delhi: In the Ayodhya Ram Janmabhoomi and Babri Masjid case, Hindu Mahasabha has filed a written affidavit in the Supreme Court on Molding of Relief. Apart from this, the Muslim side has filed a Molding of Relief in a sealed envelope in the apex court. According to sources, the Muslim side has said in the Molding of Relief that they want the same relief that they had sought during the debate.

In fact, on behalf of the Muslim side, lawyer Rajiv Dhawan said during the debate that he wanted the Babri Masjid in the pre-demolition condition. That is, Babri Masjid should be built at the disputed place, that too, just like it was in 1992 till the morning of 6 December. At the same time, the Hindu Mahasabha has said in its Molding of Relief that the court should form a trust for the arrangement of the entire temple on the construction of the Ram temple at the birthplace in Ayodhya. Also, its entire undertaking should be through the administration appointed through the court.

The special bench of five judges of the Supreme Court, after completing 40 days of hearing, reserved the judgment on 16 October. The court had asked all parties to submit their demands in writing within three days for the molding of relief. This deadline is also ending on Saturday.
