New Delhi: During the 34th day hearing in the Ayodhya Ram Temple and Babri Masjid case, Nizam Pasha argued on behalf of the Muslim party Missbahuddin. Pasha said that Nirmohi means lack of attachment. The Nirmohi Akhara should have no attachment to the property, but they still claim that therefore the cross-examination should not be based on religious aspects, but should be done on legal aspects.

Nizam Pasha, while presenting an interesting argument, said that "Nirmohi means lack of infatuation and Bairagi means quietness, yet these people are adamant on demanding possession of the land. Earlier, on behalf of the Muslim parties in the Ayodhya case, lawyer Shekhar Nafde argued that I understand that there is pressure on the court to conclude the case at the earliest". He said that "my lord, I will try not to take too much time of the court today and in summary, I should put my point before the court in a short time".

Shekhar Nafde said that "in 1885 only a part of the disputed land was claimed and now the entire land is being claimed. The question is whether the suit filed by Mahant Raghubar Das in 1885 was representing the entire Hindus or not. Shekhar Nafde is giving arguments on 'Race Judicata'. He said that if Mahant Raghubar Das filed suit in 1885 as a personal position, then the 'Race Judicata' would not apply".
