Muslim representatives express determination to continue the legal battle following the Supreme Court's intervention in the Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi-Shahi Idgah Masjid dispute. The apex court halted the Allahabad High Court's directive to appoint a commission for the Shahi Eidgah Mosque, with Mehmood Pracha, the advocate for the mosque committee, highlighting the court's strong comments on the petition application.

Pracha stated, "The Supreme Court today suspended the Allahabad High Court's order, which had directed a commission based on the petitioners' application. What's crucial beyond the stay order is the court's strong remarks about the petition application submitted to the Allahabad High Court."

He continued, "The apex court suspended the Allahabad HC's order until the next hearing, noting that the petitioner is unclear about the commission's purpose. The court questioned the petitioner's motives, emphasizing their political agenda and an attempt to conceal past wrongdoings. The court was clear from the beginning that it would halt the commission's operation."

Pracha emphasized the ongoing commitment to the legal fight, stating, "We will persist at every step. It's a prolonged battle, with influential individuals conspiring to file this case."

A bench comprising justices Sanjiv Khanna and Dipankar Datta also issued notices to relevant respondents in response to a plea from the Committee of Management Trust Shahi Masjid Idgah challenging the Allahabad High Court's commission appointment order for the Shahi Eidgah Mosque.

The court scheduled the next hearing for January 23, allowing proceedings before the trial court to continue. However, the execution of the commission is stayed until the subsequent hearings.

The court criticized the High Court's decision, pointing out that it acted on a vague, omnibus application. The justices stressed the need for specificity in the application, stating, "You have to be very clear about what you want; it is an omnibus application."

The Committee of Management Trust Shahi Masjid Idgah lodged an appeal in the Supreme Court against the Allahabad High Court's commission appointment order for the Shahi Eidgah Mosque.

Advocate Reena N. Singh, representing Bhagwan Sri Krishna Lalla Virajman, clarified, "Today, the court addressed the survey order in the Allahabad High Court case challenged by the Muslim side. The Intezamia Committee challenged the order, and the Supreme Court only stayed the survey order today. The trial in the Allahabad High Court will proceed, with the next hearing scheduled for January 23."
