It is said that the meat was kept hidden in polythene amidst the ice mixed with the juice. A local person reported this to Hindu organizations. Hindu organizations caught the criminal named Faizal and handed him over to the police.

It is alleged that Faizal had told them his name as Rahul when they went to catch him. Police have registered a case and started investigation. The incident is being told of Wednesday (9 November 2022). According to media reports, the matter is of DD Puram area of ​​Premnagar police station area. There is a juice shop of Faizal next to the petrol pump. Truth, cleanliness and purity are written on the board of the juice. A video related to this surfaced, in which it is written that - "Faisal was giving juice mixed with 'meat' to Hindus in Uttar Pradesh by telling them fasting juice. Be careful, be alert."

When the police present on the spot questioned Faizal about his actions, he was seen smiling. He later said, "By mistake." Faizal also wanted to get the policeman to talk to an acquaintance on the phone, which the policeman refused. BJP MLA Om Kumar from Nahtaur Vidhan Sabha of Bijnor district has taken cognizance of the incident from Bareilly Police and demanded action against the culprit.
