The terrorists, roaming from village to village, used to organize the programs of this NGO. During that time, he used to raise money for anti-national activities. Not only this, these terrorists also recruited terrorists by filling poison among the people against India. A large number of arms and ammunition have been recovered from the arrested terrorists.

Security forces have got this success in Kupwara. Jammu and Kashmir Police, Army's 21 RR Battalion and 47 RR Battalion have carried out this action in a joint operation. According to the information, security forces had received information several times that Bilal Ahmed Dar, a resident of Chirkot area of ​​Kupwara, recruits terrorists through NGOs and also does terrorist funding. On this intelligence input, the security forces started the operation. During this Bilal was arrested. Security forces have recovered a large quantity of weapons in the raid. This includes 5 pistols, 10 magazines, 49 bullets, two grenades and IED.

When the suspect was interrogated, he told that he, along with 5 other people, runs a terror funding racket. This work was done in the name of a fake NGO named 'Islahi Falahi Relief Trust'. This fake NGO claims to do the work of collecting money for poor and needy families. This NGO actively works to collect funds for terrorist activities in the Kashmir Valley. It organizes programs from village to village and works to make Muslim youth terrorists by inciting them against India.
