Today, let's know the recipe of South Indian dish Mysoor Bonda.
Maida-125 grams ¼ cup (50 grams)- rice flour ½ cup - curd, 2-3 spoon (finely chopped) - green coriander, ½ teaspoon - cumin, 2-3 (finely chopped) - green chilli, 1 inch piece (finely chopped) - ginger, ¾ teaspoon or according to taste - salt, ½ teaspoon - baking soda, for frying - oil
Method:
1- First, take a mixture of maida in a vessel. Now add rice flour, baking soda, cumin seeds, curd, finely chopped ginger, finely chopped green chillies, salt.
2- Now add water and make a thick slurry. And leave for two hours.
3- After two hours, add chopped green coriander and mix well.
4- Now add oil in a pan and heat it well. When oil becomes hot, fry bonda until gets golden.
5- Your Mysore Bonda is ready, serve it with tomato sauce or with green coriander sauce.
