In today's time, people like to eat Naan Roti a lot. In such a situation, if you are thinking about making Naan Roti and you do not know the recipe, then today we are going to tell you how to make Naan Roti.

Naan Bread Material-
1 cup maida
1/2 tsp dried yeast
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp fresh yoghurt
1 tbsp melted ghee
Salt to taste
5 tsp black sesame seeds
Maida, For Bellene
Butter, to brush

Method for making Naan Roti- Mix yeast, sugar and 5 tbsp lukewarm water in a bowl, cover and keep aside for 5 to 7 minutes. Now after this mix all-purpose flour, yeast-sugar mixture, curd, melted ghee and salt in a bowl and knead the soft dough using as much lukewarm water as required. After this, cover with a lid or a wet cotton cloth and keep it for about 30 minutes or till it puffs up. Now divide the dough into 10 equal parts. After this, flatten a portion of the dough by pressing it in a chakla and sprinkle 1/2 tsp black sesame seeds over it. Using a little flour, roll it into a 125 mm (5) long egg-like shape. Now heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and place the Naan with the sesame seed side down. After this, cook till it becomes light on one side and turn it over. After cooking till the second part puffs up, cook on the flame till golden spots appear on both sides. Lastly, sprinkle some butter on the Naan and serve immediately.
