Telugu star Naga Chaitanya has shared a new picture with Aamir Khan, Kiran Rao, and director Advait Chandan from the sets of Lal Singh Chaddha. The actor plays Aamir's friend from Sena in the film. According to his post, Naga Chaitanya will play Bala in the film. The shooting of Lal Singh Chaddha is going on at a high speed in Ladakh. After announcing their separation, Aamir and his ex-wife Kiran Rao are working together as they said.

He had recently gone to Ladakh to join the shooting of actor Aamir Khan's upcoming film Lal Singh Chaddha. The film is a Hindi version of the 1994 film Forest Gump starring Tom Hanks and Robin Wright. Naga Chaitanya shared a photo with Aamir Khan, Kiran Rao and Advait Chandan. Taking to Twitter, Naga Chaitanya wrote, "Grateful #Bala #LaalSinghChaddha.'' Both Aamir and Chaitanya are seen wearing military uniforms and play friends in the film.

Reportedly, Naga Chaitanya undertook special training to change his look for his role. Earlier, Vijay Sethupathi was selected to play the role in Lal Singh Chaddha. However, due to date issues, he had to pull out of the project. The makers then approached Naga Chaitanya to play the role in the film.
