Hyderabad: Water in Telangana state is increasing rapidly. Due to this, the havoc of flood has also started increasing here. The outbreak of the flood continues. In such a situation, Nagarjunasagar project is also flooded with floodwater due to which steps have to be taken. In fact, the officials have opened 16 gates related to the project at 7 am today and released water. According to the information received, 3,37,088 cusecs of water is being released in the lower areas.

The full water level of the project has been stated as 590.00 feet. At present, the water level is 587.50 feet. Apart from this, the inflow was 3,70,903 cusecs and the outflow was 3,70,903 cusecs. The total water storage here is 312 0405 is TMC. With this the current water storage in the project is 305.8416 TMC. In this regard, the officials of the Meteorological Department say that there is a possibility of another low pressure area in the northern Bay of Bengal. With this, heavy rains can occur in Telugu states for two days. Due to heavy rains, there is also flood situation in Polavaram.

On the other hand, in all the projects of Telangana, the flood water is going on. It is being told that the officials have also opened the gates of the Jura project and there is a preparation to open 35 gates from where water can be released.
