Ingredients for making salty papad chaat-
2 tsp navratna mix salty
2 tsp potato bhujia
1/2 tomato finely chopped
1/2 onion finely chopped
Pinch of cumin powder
Finely chopped chillies and coriander
How to make salty papad chaat - First mix potato bhujia and navratna mix namkeen in a bowl. Now cut tomatoes and onions into a separate bowl. Then fry the papad and remove it on a plate. Now crush two papads by hand and serve equal quantities on two other papads. Then add salted mix, lemon juice, finely chopped chillies and coriander on top of both papads.
