Hisar: Voting is going on in 90 seats of the state for Haryana assembly elections. In Hisar, social activist and cowherd Nandkishore Goenka exercised his franchise by going to CAV school. In an interaction with the media, he appealed to the voters of Haryana to come out of their homes and use their franchise. Cow devotee Nand Kishore Goenka said that voting is a virtuous work like feeding cows. He said that the biggest festival of democracy is to vote.
