Late on Monday, some history-sheeter miscreants roaming outside attacked the police with a sharp weapon when they reached Islamabad in Talaiya area. At around 10:30 pm, a miscreant along with his dozen colleagues attacked six police personnel. The police had prevented these people from roaming outside. On this, three miscreants shot at two policemen. One policeman is hurt in the other's shoulder. After the incident, the crooks escaped from the scene. The injured have been admitted to Hamidia Hospital.

According to Talaiya police station TI DP Singh regarding this matter, 15 to 20 people were roaming in groups in the night behind Shahidia School. During this, constables Laxman Yadav and Satish Singh asked them to go home. On which these people started arguing with the police. Shahid Pigeon, Majid Mamu and Mohsin Kachori together attacked the two police personnel. By the time the rest of the policemen arrived to help him, the accused attacked and managed to escape. Where police personnel have been attacked. The area has been declared as a Containment Area. A deposit was found corona infected here. All three are accused crooks. He also has an old criminal record. A search is on for 15 people roaming around with them.
