Amid lockdown and corona crisis, Andhra Pradesh's Vizianagaram administration has set up a mobile test lab near the VT Agraharam area to test the coronavirus (COVID-19) of people visiting the state. Regarding which District Collector Dr. M. Hari Jawahar Lal said that all the people entering the district should be tested. At present, only one mobile test lab has been established and soon more labs will be set up. To maintain this green zone, vigilance is being monitored in Vizianagaram. Arrangements are being made at all check-posts to identify coronavirus patients or people with symptoms.

Those coming to the district are being tested from Saturday. Officials are arranging to establish some more mobile labs, so that the number of tests can be increased. The police on Saturday sent some people to quarantine centers after testing 25 migrant workers.

A group of officers coming from Vijayawada to Vizianagaram district were also tested in the outbreak of the virus. People coming from other districts or states are being allowed to enter only after government permission.
