Administration not allowing Farooq Abdullah to go to Dargah, NC accuses

Srinagar: In Jammu and Kashmir, the National Conference (NC) has made a big charge, saying that party President Farooq Abdullah has been prevented from going to the dargah on Friday. Today, the festival of Milad-un-Nabi is being celebrated throughout the country and Farooq wanted to go to Abdullah Dargah. He was released from house arrest a few days ago, after which he is having constant meetings.

On Friday, on behalf of the party, it was alleged that reading Namaz is included in the fundamental right, even after this, Farooq Abdullah is not being allowed to go to the administration Dargah Hazratbal. Mehbooba Mufti has also strongly condemned the detention of Farooq Abdullah. The leaders of People's Alliance for Group Declaration travelled to Kargil on Friday. Several leaders including Omar Abdullah, Ghulam Nabi Lone, Nasir Alam and Muzaffar Shah arrived in the Dras area of Kargil. There will be a meeting with the local leaders of the party and then a meeting will be held on the secret agreement.

Earlier on Thursday, PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti was also taken into custody again. The Central Government has recently approved a law, under which now any citizen of the country can buy land in Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh. Local parties of Jammu and Kashmir are opposing this.
