The High Court of Delhi has issued a notice to the Central and Delhi governments seeking a probe into the anti-national forces being behind the protests over the Citizenship Amendment Act. It is feared that a particular organization is behind the violence. Along with this, the court has issued a notice to the central government on the appeal of the Hindu army to file an FIR on charges of making provocative speeches to AIMIM leaders Abaruddin Owaisi, Asaduddin Owaisi and Waris Pathan.
For your information, let us tell you that the Delhi High Court has also issued notice to the Central Government on the petition seeking action against Amanatullah Khan, Swara Bhaskar for inciting violence and NIA investigation of Delhi violence. That AIMIM leader Akbaruddin Owaisi, Waris Pathan, interim president of Congress, Sonia, Gandhi, Rahul Gandh in a petition filed by the Hindu Army on behalf of the High Court , Priyanka Gandhi, you went and demanded action against the leader Manish Sisodia and Amantullah Khan.
Regarding the matter, the petition said that an FIR should be lodged for making inflammatory speeches against Akbaruddin Owaisi, Waris Pathan, Sonia, Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi, AAP leaders Manish Sisodia and Amanatullah Khan. Apart from the Hindu army, the Lawyers Voice has also filed a petition. He said that appropriate action should be taken by setting up an SIT to investigate these statements.
