Mumbai: Minister of Minority Affairs and Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Nawab Malik in the Uddhav Thackeray government of Maharashtra on Thursday said that the Maha Vikas Aghadi government of the state is stable and strong. It will definitely serve a five-year term. This government of Maharashtra has completed six months.

Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray was sworn in as CM on November 28 last year. During this time, six ministers were also sworn in with him. Two ministers each were involved from Shiv Sena, NCP and Congress and later the cabinet was expanded. The opposition party BJP had raised questions about stability when the three different ideological parties formed the government. The BJP said that this government will only be able to run for a short time.

Citing this, the state's Minority Affairs Minister and NCP national spokesman Nawab Malik said that the government has completed six months, it is stable and strong. Malik said that the BJP had said that this government will last for a short time while this government will definitely complete its five-year term. Malik accused that BJP will continue to talk about the stability of this government and the government is not going to fall due to this.
