Nawazuddin Siddiqui starrer much awaiting movie Thackey has hit the theatre today. The actor is busy collecting all the praises possible for his portrayal as Balasaheb Thackeray. Amidst rave reviews,  the film has reportedly become a victim to piracy as the entire copy of the movie is now available on a torrent site.

The website Tamilrockers which is infamous for the piracy has liked Thackrey also. The movie released this morning and is a biopic on late Shiv Sena Chief Bal Thackeray. The authorities have been failing to stop the piracy by the Tamil rockers despite many efforts as they keep changing its domain extension. Recently, many movies including Uri: The Surgical Strike, Why Cheat India, The Accidental Prime Minister, Simmba and even Zero, all got leaked on the website.

Talking about Thackeray, Abhijit Panse directorial stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Amrita Rao and Sudhir Mishra. Story of the movie is based on the life of Bal Thackeray, the founder of the Indian political party Shiv Sena. The movie has released alongside Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi which stars Kangana Ranaut in the lead role.
