Indore - In order to create awareness among the public, joint rallies of ex and serving army men, NCC cadets and traders of the area will be taken out in the city. This was decided at a meeting held in the Residency Hall on Tuesday under the chairmanship of Collector Manish Singh regarding corona infection. Collector Singh said that corona infection has increased greatly in the district, so involving every section of society to create awareness is necessary. In all 20 awareness teams will be set up in 20 markets in Rajwada region. Each team will also include two traders. Collector Singh said is necessary to tell the public that prevention is better than cure, so all Covid protocols should be followed.
NCC officer Colonel Pramod Pathak said that an awareness campaign against this disease is necessary. It would be appropriate if the municipal corporation, traffic police and NCC cadets campaign to make people wear masks. Colonel of Army Ashish Maglorkar suggested that Army retired officers want to cooperate in public awareness campaign against Corona. NCC women cadets also want to be part of the awareness campaign. Colonel Pankaj Atri, Colonel Surendra and several retired officers of the army were present in the meeting
