Mumbai: Prime Minister Narendra Modi made his visit to three cities on Saturday to review the development work of the Coronavirus vaccine. During this time he also went to Pune. PM Modi went to the Serum Institute of India (SII) in Pune, where he reviewed the vaccine works. Now on the PM's visit, NCP leader and MP Supriya Sule has raised questions. Recently she said, 'No matter in the whole the world, the vaccine for COVID-19 will be available only in Pune.'

Supriya Sule also said, "He (Modi) is in Pune today. See, after travelling everywhere in the world, COVID-19 vaccine will be available only in Pune. It looks like there is nothing outside of Pune." She further said," After all it was Punekar who invented the vaccine. Someone would say that he invented it. ''

The Serum Institute of India (SIT) has partnered with global pharmaceutical manufacturer AstraZeneca and the University of Oxford for the Covid-19 vaccine. For this reason, on Saturday, PM Modi first went to Ahmedabad for vaccine review, then he went to Hyderabad and finally to Pune.
