We have done many films with each other but I didn't know that the onscreen duo of us is so popular. We didn't stay in contact with each other at all. Just meet at a party or a function. We don't even have common friends, we don't even have some similar things. I am very happy to meet Govinda, that too after so many years".
Neelam further said, 'I was not sure if I should be a part of the show. This time of Covid-19 is very risky. Initially I told the channel that I am not sure whether I will come or not, but my husband Sameer Soni said that super dancer is a very popular show, I should go there to have fun". Neelam further said, 'I didn't know Govinda was coming. I said yes only when I came to know that Govinda is also going to appear on the show. All I knew before was that the show was going to be quite funny and entertaining. I had no reaction when I met Govinda after so many years. He came when I was stuck in the middle of rehearsals. When you shoot such shows, you go there, meet people and start shooting, but I have to say that I felt very good dancing to the song 'Aapke Aa Jaane Se'.
