In today's time, keeping a tenant (Bengaluru landlord-tenant) has become a very difficult and dangerous task. Many times the wrong kind of people come as tenants and then work to increase the headache of the landlord. To avoid this headache, these days the landlords in Bangalore have demanded from the tenants their marksheet (House owner demand 12th marksheet from tenant) to CV, and articles. At many places, their interviews are also being taken. This thing has also been revealed recently through a viral tweet.

Twitter user Shubh (@kadaipaneeeer) has recently posted a tweet related to his cousin which has started going viral. In this tweet, he has spoken about how his brother could not find a house while searching for a rental house in Bengaluru just because his marks in class 12th (Man rejected by landlord due to less marks) were low. The tweet is a screenshot of a conversation with a broker in which he is seen giving information to the person.

Asked for 12th marksheet from Twitter profile: The news says that the person's name is Yogesh and he is talking to a broker named Brajesh. The broker also sends a message to the person that the owner has approved Yogesh's profile, and is asking for some important documents from him. The broker asked Yogesh for LinkedIn/Twitter profile, joining letter in the company, 10th and 12th marksheets, photo of Aadhaar-PAN and 200 words about himself, which the owner has demanded.
