Kathmandu: The anti-Nepali Congress on Wednesday strongly condemned the disputed statements of PM KP Sharma Oli regarding Ayodhya and said that they had "lost the moral and political basis" to rule the country. According to the information received, this party has requested to reply to the ruling Communist Party and Government of Nepal on the PM's comment, to which Oli said that Ayodhya is in Birganj and Ram's birthplace is Nepal. In a statement, Nepali Congress spokesperson Bishwash Prakash Sharma said that his party is not comfortable with PM's statement and behavior. Sharma has further told that PM Oli has lost the moral and political basis to rule the country.

It has been learned that Nepali Congress spokesperson Bishwash Prakash Sharma has said that, "Whether the PM's statement has been made the official statement of the government, it is necessary to clarify it." It is a matter of bad luck in such difficult times that there is a huge variation in the accountability and functioning of the PM. It rests on the ruling party that it changes the PM's thinking, way of working, sentiment and action or PM is changed. ''

It is also being said that the leaders of his party are also going to oppose PM Oli. Questions are being raised about their stand against India or their way of working, demanding their resignation. Sharma has told in a statement that PM has also forgotten that the government is governed with the constitution and sensitivity. They are running the government of Nepal on their own free will. Other Nepali Congress leaders also said that in order to save their chair, PM Oli has started making such statements.
