New Delhi: Indian Railways is going to implement a new catering policy soon. In the new catering policy, many changes will be made in the food being given on the train. Most of the combo meals will be included in the new catering policy. Under the change in the menu, food items like Rajma - rice, pulse-rice, 4 roti - 2 vegetables, Chole-Bhature will be included. In addition, the new catering policy will also focus on promoting local cuisine. The new policy may come into force before December.

In the new Railway Catering Policy, the focus has been on providing better food for 50 rupees. Actually, the direct focus of the railway is e-catering or food on order. The railway is continuously taking steps on the expansion of e-catering, in which on the one hand it is to contract with vendors like Domino and on the other, there should be e-catering service. Almost every station, every train has to be delivered.

In such a situation, the Railways is taking steps to make changes in the existing food and drink service, where the traveler can get better quality food in the right amount of money. If you do not like railway food then you can take the e-catering facility. Railway e catering service/facility to be included in all trains soon.
