In the state Congress, the party's various decisions have begun to escalate. Such decisions are being taken in their absence. After the meeting, nearly half of them reached their residence to meet state in-charge PC Chackau. He submitted a memorandum to Chackau urging him to take cognizance of the situation in the state. A copy of the memorandum has also been sent to the party's acting President Rahul Gandhi and General Secretary KC Venugopal.
