Tata Play has introduced a special service, Tata Play Anime Local, catering to its users' preferences. Under this service, viewers can enjoy Japanese anime shows, series, and movies in regional languages on their television sets at very affordable rates. Additionally, the service will be available on the official mobile app, allowing users to watch their favorite shows on the go.

Variety of Anime Titles Available

Users can watch popular anime titles such as Naruto, Sergeant Keroro, Ninjaboy Rantaro, Naruto Shippuden, Black Clover, and Robotan in languages including Hindi, Malayalam, and others. Pallavi Puri, Chief Content Officer of the company, expressed confidence that the service would provide excellent content, enhancing entertainment for users.

Affordable Pricing

According to the company, the Anime Local service can be accessed for just ₹2 per day on both television and mobile apps. Users can visit the official website or mobile app to subscribe and start enjoying their favorite anime content.

Integration with DTH and Binge

Tata Play has integrated this OTT app with its DTH and Binge platforms. Last month, Tata Play partnered with Amazon Prime, adding Prime Video content to its offerings. Subscribers can now access Prime Video content with benefits like viewing on two screens simultaneously across both television and mobile platforms for ₹199 per month.

Expanded Content Access

In addition to the basic pack, another option priced at ₹349 per month offers access to 33 OTT apps, including regional language platforms like Manorama MAX, Koode, and Tarang Plus. This ensures a diverse range of content catering to various linguistic preferences. Tata Play's initiative to launch the Anime Local service underscores its commitment to enhancing user experience by providing diverse and affordable entertainment options across television and mobile platforms.
