If you are healthy with your body, then understand that your mind is also healthy. If you are healthy, you will also be financially prosperous because your savings will not be spent in sickness. Therefore, take a pledge to improve lifestyle in the new year. Actually, irregular lifestyle and eating are the reasons due to which our health deteriorates and diseases start to surround us. If we take a little caution and curb our food, we can easily avoid many diseases.

First resolution; Include a variety of food in your diet from New Year to stay healthy. Our body needs more than 40 different nutrients to stay healthy. And no single food item can fulfill the need of so many nutrients. Therefore, diversify your diet and eat food that is high in protein and fiber.

Second resolution; Include a carbohydrate intake in your diet. Include milk, curd, egg, and cheese in the diet. Actually, the calories we get from the things included in our diet, all the calories come from such things that have high carbohydrates. In this case, include whole grains and fiber items in the diet.

Third Resolution: Resolve to eat at least junk food from the new year. It is because of junk food that diseases surround us and we have to go to the doctor again and again for treatment. You should have at least pizza, burgers, pasta and dinner outside of the New Year. Instead, take home-cooked food and avoid illness.

Fourth Resolution: Include the maximum number of fruits in your diet. Eat fresh fruit. If you want, you can eat an apple on an empty stomach every morning. You will never have stomach related diseases.
