In a yet another incident of accident, a youth died and 40 other students were injured. The incident is reported from Kerala. As per the information, a tourist bus fell into a gorge in  Idukki. The accident took place in early hours on Sunday.

As per the information the students of an engineering college in Tirur about 320 km from Thiruvananthapuram on a study trip. They were returning after their study tour. The accident happened at that time. The visuals of the incident and rescue operation are doing rounds. Visuals showed cops and officials carrying out rescue operations near the overturned bus in what seemed to be a forest area.

The unfortunate incident took place as New Year was being welcomed in other parts of the world and the country. Kerala too witnessed huge celebrations in many parts. While the bus fell into the gorge after losing control resulting in the death of one accident. More details about the accident are yet to be revealed. As per the information, some of the students also suffered serious injuries.

Meanwhile, in a similar incident from Harayana, the New Year Celebration turns deadly. The incident is reported from Ambala where 5 friends who were going from Gurgaon in Haryana to Shimla to celebrate New Year met with an accident in Ambala. One youth died tragically in the accident, while 4 youths were injured. The deceased has been identified as Deepak, a resident of Sector-7, Gurugram. The accident took place on Delhi-Chandigarh National Highway near Ambala Cantt Kush Ashram.
