The trial of actor Salman Khan, who is accused in the case of black deer poaching and illegal weapons case, has been postponed to Saturday in the court of District and Sessions Court, Jodhpur. Judge Chandrakumar Sonagara, who is hearing this case, has been promoted and his appointment has now been made in the Rajasthan High Court, due to which this seat has become vacant. In this case, the appearance apology was offered on behalf of Salman's advocate and his advocate has also cited being busy shooting in the attendance apology.

Considering this, now the next date of hearing of this case has been fixed on 18 April. District and Sessions Court District Jodhpur ordered Salman to appear before the court on Saturday and it was scheduled to hear three appeals on Saturday, but this could not happen due to the vacancy of the judge's post in the court. The appointment of a new judge is being awaited for hearing.

Let's know what is the matter - During the shooting of the film 'Hum Saath Saath Hain' in 1998, Salman is facing a case in connection with two blackbuck hunting and illegal weapons. On 5 April in 2018, the Chief Judicial Magistrate of Jodhpur Sessions Court, Devkumar Khatri was convicted and sentenced to five years in the black deer hunting case and along with that Salman was fined Rs. 10,000. During the rest of the accused, Saif Ali Khan, Neelam, Sonali, Tabu and Dushyant Singh were acquitted.

Salman then appealed to the District and Sessions Court against the trial court's decision and on April 7 granted conditional bail to the actor while staying the trial court's sentence against him. In the second case, in 2016, the Lower Court acquitted Salman in the illegal arms case, against which the Rajasthan government has appealed in the District and Sessions Court.
