BS-6 Eminem Standards will be applicable in India from April next year. And diesel engines with a capacity of less than 1,500cc will have to comply with these norms. But Ford has said that if demand increases, we will continue to use diesel engines. But Maruti Suzuki is now gradually reducing the use of diesel engines.

According to your information, Mahindra is also going to stop using a 1.2-liter turbocharged diesel engine on its trains.
