It includes the names of eight people, including a family member of writer BM Idinaba, who was a Congress MLA from Karnataka. According to reports, it also includes the names of Deepti Marla and Ammar Abdul Rahman. Deepti Marla's husband Anas is the son of Abdul Rahman BM Basha. BM Basha's father Idinaba was a former Congress MLA. At the same time, Ammar Rahman is Anas's brother. Let me tell you that Idinaba died in 2009.

Apart from all this, the charge sheet names Mohammed Waqar Lone, Miza Siddiqui, Shifa Haris, Obaid Hamid Matta, Madhesh Shankar and Muzmil Hasan Bhat. In this case, the NIA has said, "It has been revealed in the investigation that all the eight accused charged are related to ISIS and were involved in radicalization, recruitment, management of terror funds through social media platforms to migrate to ISIS-controlled areas and to prepare gullible Muslim youth with similar ideologies to join ISIS."

During the course of its investigation, the NIA came to know that after ISIS has weakened in Iraq and Syria, Deepti Marla alias Maryam and Mohammad Amin had visited Kashmir in January and March 2020 to join Hijra (religious migration), terror acts and support ISIS activities.
