Lucknow: In view of the decreasing cases of coronavirus in the country's largest state UP, the state government has changed the timings of night curfew. From today (February 13), the night curfew in UP has been extended from 11 pm. In view of the growing crisis of corona and the new variant of the virus, omicron, the curfew was in force in the state from 10 pm to 6 am so far.
The order, issued by the additional chief secretary of the state government, Avneesh Awasthi, said that the corona night curfew will now remain in force in the state from 11 pm to 6 am. For information, let us know that in the night curfew, there is a ban on other types of movement in addition to essential services. The government has now taken this decision in view of the continuous decrease in corona cases.
Earlier, all schools from classes 1 to 12 in the state have also been ordered to open. In Uttar Pradesh, schools from 9th to 12th standard have been opened from February 7, while orders have been issued to open from February 14 from classes 1 to 8. Earlier, the Gautam Budh Nagar (Noida) district administration had lifted several restrictions imposed on the corona. Permission has been given to open gyms and water parks. Restaurants and cinema halls will open at full capacity. At the same time, the night curfew was ordered from 11 pm to 5 am. According to the new order, the ban on the attendance of more than 100 guests has now been lifted in Noida due to the wedding ceremony in the closed spaces.
