Now, the case that has come to light recently is from Murar, a suburb of Gwalior. Here a 9th standard student was cheated by her own friend. It is being told that the friend first called to meet her and then kidnapped her and took her home. Here for about 25 days, he kept her as his wife and during this time he raped her several times. Whenever the student protested, she was threatened. On the other hand, the student's family members were looking for her.
The incident is said to have taken place in Kashipura on March 7. In this case, the Murar police saw the CCTV installed at 12 places around the spot of the incident several times in the last 25 days, and then the clue of a car was found. After tracing the car, the police reached Hastinapur and rescued the minor from here. After that, the minor has told the story of her rape. According to reports, the 14-year-old girl, a resident of Sunder Nagar Kashipura in suburban Murar, is a student of 9th standard. On March 7, she left home to meet someone, after which she did not return. As soon as the student came to know about her disappearance, the police started searching for her, but could not find a clue.
After that, the officers engaged the Head Guard Chatur Singh, Aarakshan Yogendra Sikarwar, Neeraj Yadav, Anil, Rajveer, Jotendra, Shivnarayan, Manish Gurjar and lady guard Yasmin to search and looked at the location of the student's mobile, and finally he was active on Singhpur Road. After that, the police team scanned the footage of a dozen cameras several times in 25 days to look for the student, then found a clue. On finding out, the team reached Hastinapur and recovered the student and brought the student to the police station. After that, the student told the whole story. During this time, the student told that she had become friends with a young man named Balram Jatav some time ago and after the conversation, they started meeting each other. In such a situation, one day Balram called the student to meet him and took her home by bike.
He then threatened her here and raped her and took her to the empty house of Warts in Hastinapur. Here he raped her and kept her as a wife. In this case, the police have registered a case of rape, under pocso act against the accused on the basis of the statement of the victim student.
