Till now Nirbhaya has not got justice and the matter is going ahead. The hanging of the convicts has been postponed once again by the Patiala House Court in Delhi and when the court stayed the execution of the convicts of Nirbhaya indefinitely, then the pain of two mothers was also seen outside the court. During this, Pawan's mother appeared guilty of Nirbhaya on one side but Nirbhaya's mother on the other side. On Friday, the execution of Nirbhaya convicts has stayed till further orders and after the decision came, there was a relief news for one mother and there was painful news for the other mother.

The family and lawyers of Nirbhaya's convicts are considering the hanging to be a great relief and the court has stopped the hanging of Nirbhaya's convicts just 12 hours earlier. While Nirbhaya case was going to be heard on Friday, the parents of Pawan, who was guilty of Nirbhaya, also reached the Patiala House Court and Advocate A.N. P. Singh advocated, while the guilty Mukesh was advocated by lawyer Brind Grover. The Additional Sessions Judge of Patiala House Court Dharmendra Rana passed the order saying, 'The hanging of Nirbhaya convicts is deferred till further orders.'

He has instructed Tihar Jail authorities not to hang the culprits till further orders. When this verdict came, the father of the convicted Pawan touched feet of lawyer A. P. Singh's.This was the second time, when the court postponed the hanging of Nirbhaya's convicts. Nirbhaya's mother says that she is going to continue her fight till the convicts of Nirbhaya are hanged.
