Four days before the hanging, the doctors do a thorough investigation of the culprits and prepare a health report and then according to them give their suggestions regarding the length of the noose. It is also being said that if the doctor wishes, he can reduce or increase the length of his loop. Be aware that for some time, the weight of the culprits has been decreasing.
