New Delhi: Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman today informed about the fifth and final installment of the Self-Reliant India Campaign Package. After the announcements, Sitharaman was answering the questions of journalists, meanwhile, she suddenly flared upon hearing a question. Actually, someone asked him a question about Congress.

Nirmala Sitharaman spoke angrily, talking to the migrant workers on the way, is there no drama here? We are calling him a drummer. With folded hands, I appeal to Sonia Gandhi to speak responsibly in this time of crisis and help the government in solving the problem of migrant laborers. Let us tell you that due to the ongoing lockdown in the entire country, migrant laborers are facing all kinds of difficulties. Meanwhile, former Congress President Rahul Gandhi met the migrant laborers in Delhi on Saturday to know about their status. Union minister Sitharaman lashed out at Congress for this.

On the problem of migrant workers, Nirmala Sitharaman said that the government has arranged the train. But it is sad that people are walking. He said that why did Congress not take initiative to bring trains to the migrant laborers home by purchasing trains in the states where their government is. The Congress party should discuss this issue with its state governments better than sitting on the streets and talking to the migrant workers.
