Washington: A California company in the US has claimed to have found a cure for the coronavirus. Biotech company Sorrento Therapeutics has stated that they have developed an antibody called STI-1499 (STI-1499 Antibody), which prevents the coronavirus from spreading up to 100%. Earlier, Israel and Italy also claimed that they have invented the drug of Coronavirus.

The company states that this antibody blocks the coronavirus by up to 100% by spreading infection to human cells. According to media reports, the company is also working jointly with New York's Mount Sinai School of Medicine to produce several antibodies. The company claims that it can produce 2 lakh doses of antibodies in a month.
Coronavirus may attack China again
The company has now applied to the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for permission to use antibodies. The company has sought approval on emergency grounds. More than 46 lakh 60 thousand people have been affected by the Coronavirus so far in the whole world. Of these, about three lakh 10 thousand people have lost their lives.
