Japan's well-known automobile manufacturer Nissan has removed three more models from its official website after Terrano. Yes, the company has also removed Micra, Micra Active and Sunny from Nissan India website. According to the website, Nissan is now selling only two models - the Nissan Kicks compact SUV and the GT-R supercar. The Micra was launched by the company a decade ago in 2010 and Sunny was launched later that year.

For your information, let us tell you that Nissan will not sell these cars in the BS6 era, so the company is not producing them further. Micra was last updated in the year 2018. It was given a Reno-Nissan diesel engine that produces 65PS of power and 160 Nm of torque and the company also gave a 1.2-liter petrol unit that produces 76 PS of power and 104 Nm of torque. The petrol engine comes with a CVT automatic transmission. The diesel engine was given in all Reno-Nissan cars, but the petrol unit is available only in Datsun Go vehicles and that is why the company has now launched BS6 variants of Go and Go + in India.

Talking about the features then the 1.5 liter petrol engine found in Nissan Sunny used to generate 99PS power and 134Nm torque. At the same time, the diesel engine generates 86PS power and 200Nm torque. Both engines came standard 5-speed manual, but a CVT transmission was also given in petrol. Let us know, new generation models of Sunny and Micra are available for sale in Europe and South America. However, there is no information about whether they will be launched in India. However, Nissan is going to launch its new sub-4 meter SUV in the Indian market soon.
