Patna: On the second day of the budget session in the Bihar Legislative Assembly, there was a lot of uproar on the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), National Population Register (NPR) and National Citizen Register (NRC). Meanwhile, Bihar CM Nitish Kumar said that the NPR should be in accordance with the 2010 draft, for this the state government has also written a letter to the Center.

CM Nitish urged the opposition parties not to be skeptical, saying that the letter also urged to add transgender in gender column.
