CM Yogi's management helps UP record no new COVID cases in last 24 hours

Lucknow: The Yogi government is being praised everywhere for its corona management in Uttar Pradesh. Meanwhile, a statement by State Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) Navneet Sehgal has surfaced, which states that out of 75 districts in the State, 50 districts are districts where not a single corona case report was reported on 8th August 2021. In addition, there are 10 districts where there is no more active case of the corona.

During a press conference, ACS Navneet Sehgal said, "In the last 24 hours, no new covid-19 case has been reported in 50 out of 75 districts of UP and there are 10 districts in the state which do not have any active cases. He said people should be careful and follow the COVID-19 protocol." Among the 10 districts where Sehgal has mentioned that he is free from COVID-19 cases are Aligarh, Amethi, Chitrakoot, Etah, Firozabad, Gonda, Hathras, Mirzapur, Pilibhit, and Pratapgarh. According to Sehgal, the infection is still very low, but caution needs to be taken at this time.

In Uttar Pradesh, a total of 58 new cases were registered on 8th August while 49 patients recovered. At the same time, not a single death was registered in the State. Now there are only 593 active cases of COVID-19. BJP national president JP Nadda also praised the management of the Yogi government at the 'Medical Conference' today. He also said that 30 medical colleges led by PM Modi have been started in UP and 7.57 crore children have been vaccinated under 'Mission Indradhanush'.
