New Delhi: There will be no Zero Hour in both the Houses for the first two days during the eighth budget session of the Lok Sabha. According to the report, there will be no Zero Hour in both the Houses of Parliament on January 31 and February 1 during the budget session. The decision has been taken due to the presentation of the President's Address and the General Budget. The Budget Session will begin with President Ram Nath Kovind's address. He will address both houses of Parliament on January 31. This session will be held in two parts.

The first part will be the budget session which will end on February 11. The second part of the budget session will begin on March 14 and will continue till April 8. Let us know that before the budget, the government releases the Economic Survey. The Economic Survey will be released on January 31 this year. The survey will be placed before Parliament. In this survey, information regarding the economic condition of the country is given. Last year's whole account will be examined. The survey provides information on what are the challenges in the current economy and how to deal with them.

Its timings are different in both houses. The first hour of proceedings in the Lok Sabha is the Question Hour and the time after that is Zero Hour. At the same time, the proceedings of the House begin from Zero Hour in the Upper House and after that, the Question Hour takes place. In Zero Hour, MPs express views on important issues without a schedule. Zero Hour in the Lok Sabha does not end until the agenda of that day of the Lok Sabha is completed.
