In Agusta Westland Helicopter deal scam, today the Patiala House Court in Delhi issued a non-bailable warrant against the British National Christian Michel James and also re-issued a warrant against the company and two others.
The court declared its decision after all the accused didn't appeared in front of the court and the next hearing in relation to the case will be on 22 February.
Last year in June, the Enforcement Directorate filed a charge-sheet against the Christian, two others and the company in relation to the VVIP Chopper scam.
