Prayagraj: MP-MLA (Special Court) has issued a non-bailable warrant against Congress state president Ajay Kumar Lallu. Along with this, the court has also ordered to start the attachment proceedings. Let us tell you that this action has been taken on the absence of the court during the hearing of a case registered on 19 August 2008. The trial of the special court judge Dr. Balamukund is being heard.
The next hearing of the case will now be held on November 24 and till then the police have been directed to complete the relevant action. In Kushinagar, UP, the then MLA Ajay Kumar alias Lallu was protesting on the railway line during a mass movement. During this time, trains were stopped on the railway tracks and operations were interrupted. In the same case, on the day of the incident i.e. on August 19, 2008, the RPF police at Kaptinagar, RPF police had registered a case against them according to the section of the Railway Act.
The hearing of this case started in Kushinagar, but Ajay was not attending there. Meanwhile, the matter came to the special court of Prayagraj. While the warrant was again issued against Ajay during the hearing, but the old order from Ajay continued to be ignored by the court order. Upon which the angry court ordered the attachment process to be initiated with the non-bailable warrant against Ajay in this case.
