Lucknow: After Samajwadi Party (SP) MLA Azam Khan, now the problems of his wife and son seem to be increasing. A non-bailable warrant has now been issued against Azam's son Abdullah Azam and wife Tanzin Fatima. Actually, in the case of two birth certificates, he had to appear in the MP-MLA court. But both did not show up. After this, the court has issued non-bailable warrants against him. The next date for hearing in this matter has been fixed as May 16. Both will have to appear before the court before this date, otherwise they may be arrested.
Let us inform that on Wednesday, Abdullah Azam and Tanzin Fatima had presented an apology in the court for non-attendance, it was canceled by the court and issued a non-bailable warrant. Public prosecutor Arun Prakash Saxena has told that the MP MLA Court (ACGM First) Rampur had to hear the matter related to crime number 4/19 which two birth certificates were to be heard today. It was argued on behalf of Azam Khan's son and wife in the court that their lawyers who come from Delhi could not come, so the cross-examination could not take place today. On this basis, apology should be accepted on his absence. But the court did not do so.
On the other hand, Azam Khan's bail application was heard in the Supreme Court today. At present, the matter has been adjourned till next Tuesday. The court has also sought a reply from the Uttar Pradesh government in this regard.
